Our AGM is scheduled for next Monday 9 December. As well as the election of the Board
for next Rotary Year 25/26 we will be approving changes to the Constitution and bylaws.
These have all been circulated to our voting members for consideration and if there are any
issues with the circulated documents please contact Secretary Harry Powell before the
meeting so that your issues can be discussed and hopefully resolved before the AGM.

At our next board meeting on December 12 Donna Duncan will be re-joining the Board as

Director's Reports
Update: Honorary Life Member Arthur Hodge (Past President and PHF)
Message from Arthur's daughter Suzie:
"Dad is slowing down a lot these days. He did have a fall a few weeks ago and unfortunately
has not regained his mobility so in a wheelchair now. He joins in the activities every day and
the staff just love him as he is always smiling! Dad has had a few swallowing issues so on
soft food now. We often take him across to the beautiful park near the Aged Care and spend a
few hours over coffee on a sunny day. On behalf of dad I would like to wish you and all the
Rotary members best wishes for the up- coming celebration season."
Cheers,
Suzie Dawe
