Next Club Meeting

The next Club meeting 18 Nov 2024

Our next club meeting will be held at the Mooloolaba Bowls Club. The guest speaker will be
Chris Wordsworth Station Manager, Sunshine FM who will be talking on Developments in
radio on the Sunshine Coast.

Chris is an honorary member of our club and is the station manager of Sunshine FM
Sunshine FM (104.9) is a great supporter of many of our projects and also is a great supporter
of many other charitable organisations on the Coast Chris will talk about the development in
radio on the Coast This meeting will be a PARTNER'S Night.

Director's Reports - RAWCS Competition for New Jingle/tagline

The following message has been received from RAWCS:

"Dear Rotarians,
As you know, at RAWCS we have been using "We back doing good" as a tagline on our
logo. Rotary International has asked us, and we have agreed, to phase out this tagline by, at
the latest, June 2025.

As such, we are now in the process of drafting up a new tagline and want to want to launch a
competition to come up with our new tagline.

In order to enter the competition, you would need to email your suggested tagline (no more
than 20 characters including spaces and special characters) to belinda.griffen@rawcs.org.au
by Friday 29 November 2024.
