Monday morning has started with a storm and periods of rain. The forecast is for up to 50mm
of rain clearing by late afternoon. Subject to our meeting venue being available our meeting
is still on. We will get final confirmation in the late morning and should we have to cancel
the meeting, you will be advised by email.
Our local area has mostly escaped the damage from wind, rain and power outages suffered by
Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales we wish these people a speedy
return to normal life and appreciate that there is much work to be done for this to happen.
Our thoughts are with the many thousands of people whose life has been affected.
New Member
The Club welcomed a new member, Shannon Dolan.
Shannon is pictured above with mentor Vicki, Sandra (Chair Person of the Youth
Committee) and myself.
